Q: What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A: We accept orders starting from 1 unit. However, for container loading optimization and best FOB pricing, we recommend minimum 2 units. Bulk orders (5+ units) qualify for volume discounts of 5-10%.
Q: What is your typical lead time from order to FOB port?
A: Standard lead time is 25-35 days depending on trailer type and quantity. Complex configurations (modular platforms, hydraulic axles) may require 40-45 days. Express 20-day production is available for select models with 8-15% surcharge.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept T/T (bank wire transfer), L/C (Letter of Credit), and for repeat customers, 30/70 or 20/80 payment terms. First orders typically require 30% deposit + 70% balance against B/L copy. We also support Alibaba Trade Assurance for orders placed via Alibaba.
Q: Do you provide pre-shipment inspection?
A: Yes, we welcome and recommend SGS, BV, TUV, or your nominated third-party inspector. Inspection cost is typically $500-1,500 per visit, paid by the buyer. We can also recommend PSI agencies with offices in Liangshan.
Q: What warranty do you offer?
A: 12 months warranty on main structural components (main beam, axles, suspension) from date of B/L. Wearing parts (tires, brake pads, seals) are not covered. Warranty claims processed within 30 days with spare parts shipment.
Q: Can I customize specifications?
A: Yes, customization is our standard. Common customizations include dimensions, payload, axle brand (BPW / FUWA / SAF), tire brand, color, additional compartments, special racks, logo printing. Share your requirements and we'll provide a tailored quotation.
Q: Do you have existing customers in my country?
A: We currently export to 40+ countries across Africa, South America, Southeast Asia, Central Asia, and the Middle East. We can provide buyer references and contact information upon request (after NDA for customer privacy).
Q: Can I visit the factory before ordering?
A: Absolutely. Factory visits are highly encouraged. We're located in Liangshan Industrial Park, Jining, Shandong. Fly to Jining Airport (JNG) or Beijing/Shanghai + high-speed train. We can arrange hotel pickup, factory tour, and meetings with engineering team. Please schedule at least 7 days in advance.
